U-Bein, the monks bridge

Built in 1849 with more than one thousand teak stilts over the Taungthaman lake, the U Bein is the largest teak bridge in the world (1,2 Km).
Monks use to walk along it in the evening enjoying the magical light of sunset. One of the most beautiful visits we made during our trip to Burma.

Amarapura (Burma).
