After the storm

Tokyoites are the tidiest people in the world, except for two things: urban planning and rainy days.
Transparent umbrellas are a japanese icon for their ubiquity. They are so cheap that they’re considered almost single-use products because they break easily. And these people, the same people who never put anything in the wrong place, throw the umbrellas away whenever they see just a broken rib. And then they keep walking just like nothing happened.
